The Diploma in Information Technology is designed for learners seeking a broad and practical entry route into digital work, further education and technology-enabled business functions. Across two six-month semesters, students develop essential computer literacy and progress into operating systems, networking, front-end web development, office productivity, professional communication, software-engineering practice, visual design and financial accounting. The programme concludes with a supervised capstone project that requires learners to integrate planning, design, implementation, testing, documentation and presentation skills. Delivery may combine recorded lessons, guided readings, demonstrations, laboratory activities, assignments, quizzes and scheduled instructor support.
